A truck heading for protective equipment from Germany to the Central Bohemian Region was stopped and confiscated at the border on the basis of a new ban on the removal of these items from the country. Central Bohemia, as well as other regions are struggling with the lack of protective equipment for doctors in the first line, this shipment from Germany was supposed to help. Germany, like the Czech Republic, banned all exports of respirators and masks outside its territory.
